What is the Installation Partner Program?
Our teams of industry experts at our Call Center and retail stores will quickly and thoroughly qualify installation leads, collecting pertinent information such as their square footage, budget, unique needs, and timeline. Lead referrals will then be delivered to the assigned partner by email, including all necessary project details.
Installation Partners and their Purchase Green representatives will maintain regular communication in order to track updates to the job and promptly address questions or concerns – all to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. And the more leads that Install Partners close with high customer-satisfaction ratings, the more leads they will earn!
Program Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 2-years’ experience installing artificial grass
Regular, timely communication with local store employees for status updates
Agreement to adhere to Purchase Green’s preferred installation methodologies
Agreement to adhere to Purchase Green’s turnkey range for that market/region
Agreement to adhere to Purchase Green’s lead management protocol
