Purchase Green recommends 5 Inch, 40DD, 4GA bright common nails that come in a 50 lb box for securing your synthetic sports turf and for artificial turf grass installation. We recommend using nails every 2′ to 3′ on center. For artificial grass installations not using a perimeter framing material they should be used along the perimeter every 6″. They are also recommended for securing your filter fabric/weed barrier.
